Our guarantee and returns policy ensures risk-free purchases. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to notify us. In this case, once we receive the work we can return the amount paid or, if you prefer, you can exchange the work for a different one.

Can I place an order from anywhere in the world?

Although our pieces come with our money back guarantee, we understand that you may be making a significant investment and need to feel completely secure. Will any taxes be added to my order?
If you are an EC citizen and you are registered as an intra-Community operator, no tax will be added (registered VAT number). Check if your Vat number is registered: http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/vieshome.do?locale=en.
For non- European Community countries 21% tax will be added.
For all other countries no tax is added.
If you make a purchase in the gallery we offer a Tax-free service, enabling you to claim back the tax on purchases made in Spain when you leave the country.
How is the piece shipped?
Pieces are shipped via courier service. Klimt02 Gallery works with leading international transport company.
The estimated delivery date varies from 1 to 5 days according to the country. The order is delivered to you in person.
What happens if the work of art arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event of your work of art arriving damaged, please contact us by sending an e-mail to: klimt@klimt02 or by ringing us on: +34933687235.
All Klimt02 pieces are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the Artist. This document certifies the authorship of the work, its year of creation, title, materials and measurements.
Certificates are supplied upon request of customers.

When you make a purchase in Klimt02 Gallery using our credit card payment system you are using the secure server of our bank (https), Nova Galicia Banco, which accepts MasterCard and Visa. Klimt02 Gallery does not have access to your credit card data at any time.
You also have the possibility of making payments via Bank Transfer. All the information that we require from you during the purchase process (name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number) in order to complete your order and draw up the invoice is fully protected. We do not lease, sell or alter your personal information and it will not leave our database without your permission.
