Preziosa Young 2011

Le Arti Orafe, since 1985 Contemporary Jewellery School in Firenze, in cooperation with inhorgenta 2011, is glad to announce the results of the third edition of PREZIOSA YOUNG, International context/exhibition for young goldsmith/artists selected for their individual research and for the originality of their creations. 

The first selection was made by Maria Cristina Bergesio, that chose 30 of the 180 participants to the contest.

The international jury for the final selection was composed by:

The jury had met on February 27 during the inhorgenta fair in Munich (Germany), and chose the 8 participants for the exhibition 2011.

Exhibitions
The exhibition of the selected artists will take place at PREZIOSA 2011, Autumn 2011, in Florence, and then the exhibition will be hosted at inhorgenta 2012 (February 2012), in the Deutsche Goldschmiedehaus, Hanau (Germany), mid-February to April 2012, and at the Art Gallery in Legnica (Poland), May 2012.

Catalogue
A catalogue will be published for the exhibition: selected artists will be asked to send us new images with appropriate definition.
