The exhibition, whose title is inspired by the novel by Matthias Enard "Tell them about battles, kings and elephants" which tells the story of the construction of a bridge by Michel-Ange in Constantinople aims to establish an artistic bridge between Lithuania and France, by unveiling the art of contemporary Lithuanian jewelry and its trends since independence.

The jewellery, composed mainly of metal and amber, tells stories about Lithuanian life and shows how artists interact in the face of social developments, political and cultural. Their creations offer a reflection on the Lithuanian society through the prism of jewelry.
