First shown at Joya Barcelona in October 2013, La Basílica Galería Temporary Exhibitions does a selection of 5 international artists that present the collection of works that inspired this series of illustrations.

Artist list

Akis Goumas and Georgia Gremouti, Eun Mi Kwon, Florence Croisier, Gabrielle Desmarais, Isabelle Busnel and Berto Martínez
Drawing and jewellery. Two processes that have long shared amongst them and in this exhibition intersect through their own creative discourses. A collaboration that develops between Berto Martínez and artists that inspire the renowned illustrator from Barcelona through their jewellery work.

Contemporary Jewellery Illustrated offers a new combination of two and three-dimensional ways of appreciating, going through a double interpretation, one from the jewellery artist and then from the illustrator who assigns a new personality to the jewel.
