Meet and Greet Beppe Kessler at Museum EICAS

In this exhibition, the creative process plays a visible role. Material is built up, altered, damaged, or reworked. Each artist chooses their own position within this process: from concentration to physical and energetic painting actions. For one, the artwork remains the tangible outcome of that process; for another, the emphasis shifts to the action itself, where the continued existence of the original object is not a given.

Beppe Kessler seeks great, unnameable things such as time, emptiness, and the power of the elements in an intensive, physical engagement with material.
