. The proposal triggers inspiration in the origins of chocolate and in the way the ancient Mayas used to consume it, as a liquid. Considered the food of Gods, chocolate was believed to be the bearer of wisdom and light, a gift sent into this world from up above. My piece is a reflection of the traces left by the gods on earth, sweet drops of wisdom and light..
