In the course of applying CNC technologies in the manufacturing of jewellery, I came in touch with the programming software of CNC controlled milling machines which possess a special 3D simulation opportunity for the procedural paths of tools in the production phase. This simulation programme reflects the movements and paths of the tools in multiple colours, and it draws the manufacturing process of the work piece and records it. By such graphical portraying of the tool’s procedural paths, it is possible to experience time through lines, colours and shapes. Accordingly, additional dimensions can be derived from the matter. This immaterial information seems to be an INTIMATE MESSAGE, and for me it became a source of inspiration for my jewellery. I manufactured an embroidered paper brooch, which draws through its embroidery the manufacturing process of a work piece. Therefore, this piece of jewellery presents a kind of “map of origin” of the milling piece, and belongs to it regarding form and content.
