The choker features 14 extinct beetle species. Each is scientifically identifiable and inscribed with the year of its last recorded sighting.

. Every beetle is meticulously hand-drawn with graphite on enamel and kiln-fired at 800 °C.
. The base structure was assembled from 92 hand-fabricated silver elements with 104 soldering points
. The piece reflects on the ongoing sixth mass extinction in Earth's history. It emphasizes the crucial role insects play as the foundation of all ecosystems.
