Moon by Nga Man Cheng

此戒指系列靈感源於月亮，其倒影、月蝕和運用定時拍攝手法拍下的月亮形態是研究的重點，以此總結出它們倚重光影變化、富動態的共同點，引導了下續創作。為模擬月的光影，作品用了具有自然光澤的珍珠配搭白銀。系列中每隻介指均有其獨立的動態模式，此為月亮移動動態的重現。
The collection of rings is inspired by the moon. Information regarding to its reflection, lunar eclipse and photographs of the moon using time-lapse technique are the focus of researching. The common ground of the above is they all rely on light changes, and have dynamic movements. It is the guidance of the following design process. Pearls are used to imitate the luster of the moon and each ring has its own movement path which is the reproduction of the moon’s movement.
