The forms I am drawn to, acanthus leaves, Baroque dolphins, griffins, and other flora and fauna of the past, are used historically as decoration. Through the process of wax carving, I am creating my own pieces of jewelry and small scale sculpture using these motifs and designs. I aim, through my work, to bring these present and prevalent designs, to the forefront..
