Intro
The Romanian Jewelry Week Awards were presented on Wednesday, October 2, at the National Library of Romania, celebrating the most creative and innovative designers in contemporary jewelry. This impressive new edition showcased over 230 designers and collectives from 40 countries, highlighting the talent and innovation within this dynamic industry.
Romanian Jewelry Week is the largest contemporary jewelry event in Romania, bringing together renowned national and international creators annually. The 2024 edition, held at the National Library, offered captivating exhibitions, educational conferences, and jewelry fairs, establishing itself as a reference point for jewelry enthusiasts and creators.

This year's edition was marked by three special collaborations with Diploma Show 2024, the Goethe-Institut, Malvensky Jewellery House and AlbAlb, bringing together designers and artists from various fields to explore the connection between jewelry, art, and culture. The official partner of the event was Banca Transilvania, and the exhibition design was created by Kaustik.

Romanian Jewelry Week 2024 proved to be a great success, gathering over 5,000 visitors and setting new standards in contemporary jewelry. The event is organized by the National Association of Contemporary Jewelry Authors and Designers and serves as a unique platform for innovation, education, and international exposure.

As part of the anniversary edition, the Romanian Jewelry Week catalog was also launched, celebrating a retrospective of the most important international jewelry collections and offering a comprehensive overview of the contemporary jewelry field at a global level. The catalog will be available online on the Romanian Jewelry Week website.
