Artist list

Bridget Kennedy
An installation of 10,000 rings made from zinc, lead, silver, coal and gold in beeswax. Viewers participate in the piece by selecting a ring and purchasing through an honesty box for $5. The artwork slowly loses it’s permanence, and of course, the ring, primarily of beeswax will slowly distort through the act of being worn. There is a centre ring of 18ct gold. The pieces explores issues such as greed, permanence, impermanence, resource usage and destruction of beauty among other things. Enjoy it while it lasts!
