Caroline Gore
....She was slowly swimming underwater in the ocean, frolicking with ease and curiosity - like a mermaid. In the dream a duality of self had emerged. In addition to her playful swimming, she was also watching and circling herself like an underwater predator. Suddenly there was a shift. The vantage point changed, and the self that was watching was now on the shore naked and standing as her true and more complete self slowly walked out of the calm ocean water. In absolute silence her shoulders slowly breached the water's surface, and as she continued to walk onto shore towards herself the observing self saw that she was covered in milky transparent jellyfish from her shoulders to her feet. As the beauty of this moving image retreated and comprehension became present, she slammed back into one entity and immediately felt the stinging and intensely hot pain of the moment.... As suddenly as the pain started it ended with wakefulness.... finally deep into the night she fell back into the water of her dreams....
