Intro
The subtle interactions that occur between people and objects continue to provide inspiration for Cinnamon Lee's work, whether they be functional or emotional, worn on the body or adorning a room.

Artist list

Cinnamon Lee
Cinnamon Lee’s work is part of a movement currently shifting the perceptions of light in the twenty-first century. Her fascination with the potential of new technologies drives both her jewellery and object design. This use of new electronic light sources allows for an entirely fresh way of perceiving and interacting with light. Utilising the lights inherently small scale, jewel-like appearance and programmability, Cinnamon creates ornamental objects that adorn a room in much the same way that her jewellery adorns a body.

Trained as a jeweller and metalasmith, Cinnamon has been working with artificial illumination and light object for over a decade. This is her first solo exhibition in Sydney.
