About the artist:
A classically trained goldsmith from Germany, Petra Class, has had her jewelry design studio in San Francisco since 1991. She uses precious stones and high-karat gold to make sculptural, modern, wearable pieces. She associates her work with improvisational jazz melodies or abstract landscapes.
