Intro
The exhibition, Epoch, hopes to convey the emotions conjured by nature, expressed within the scope of Asian-centric art. The exhibition features of artwork by four Contemporary Jewelry artists, two Korean and two Taiwanese, all of whom use different mediums.

Artist list

Seon Hwa Jeong, Heng Lee, Joung Hye Park, Ching Chih Wu
Artist Joung Hye Park uses dyed silk in order to create textile ornaments that embody nature’s colours as well as shapes of plants; artist Heng Lee employs both traditional Taiwanese embroidery and modern metalwork techniques to produce ornaments that focus on the theme of time; lastly, artists Seon Hwa Jeong and Ching Chih Wu utilize traditional methods of enameling to portray a unique harmony of the past and present. Through these artists’ variant expressions, this exhibition will provide a special opportunity to explore an artistic union of nature’s past and present.
