Under the tutorship of Argentinian jeweller Jorge Castañón, who was invited by Joya Brava to be part of this project, the exhibition gathers the work of 21 of our members.

Each one of us has an inner world, complex and unique, which manifests itself in endless ways. Dearing to enter that world, in an intense and deep process, where one opens, throbs, grows and communicates with oneself and others, was the challenge that Jorge Castañón presented us.

The results are pieces that deal with the interests, pains, joys and hopes of each member of our association, reflecting our differences and similarities as a group, embodied in works made out of paper, porcelain, metals, textiles and other materials that gave corporeality to our affections and commotions.


We do not complete this world with the mere construction of ornaments, we need objects of value and commitment. We need objects of responsibility and communication between people. That we are in the age of communications nobody doubts, but each one of us is responsible for the quality of what we are going to communicate. Communication today builds -and destroys- ideas, illusions, projects and people’s desires.
