Artist list

Tzu-Yun Hung, Sonja Keppler, Sophie Krautmacher, Valentina Michaelis, Laura Stachon, Jinye Wang, Bo Zhang
The 10,000 m2 post-industrial playground in the up-and-coming Certosa district is an old factory site comprising various exhibition spaces, including the Cathedral, where we are exhibiting, as well as open venues for events. The Certosa district, where this newcomer event will take place, is located in the north-western corner of Milan. This neighborhood is currently in the midst of a vibrant revitalization and multi-dimensional renewal project. After years of neglect, the once-thriving industrial centre is now re-emerging as a hub for culture and innovation, thanks to a city-wide events program that recently saw the success of the Milano Graphic Festival. The fast-growing creative and innovation economy is helping to revitalize and boost the neighborhood.

7 graduates from the last 2 years will be exhibiting under the title Processing: Tzu-Yun Hung, Sonja Keppler, Sophie Krautmacher, Valentina Michaelis, Laura Stachon, Jinye Wang and Bo Zhang. We make, we communicate and we understand with our bodies - inside as well as out. Our explorative agencies are fueled by the joy of pushing form, material and process to the limit and tempered by a holistic context of mutual respect and sustainability.

Events:
Daily at 17.00: Aperitivi Interattivi by 2sem Jewellery students
Daily from 21-23.00: Light Show Beyond Space x Boris Acket
8 June 20.00 - 01.00: Certosa Initiative Party
