The delicate silk work of Shu embroidery is as precious as gemstones. I decided to set it, gem-like, into a silver bezel. In this series, I also incorporate two animal elements from traditional Chinese painting: the swallow, symbolizing a new start, and the Koi fish, which symbolizes good luck.
