About Yiannis Siotis and Poly Nikolopoulou

In search for their own personal journey in contemporary jewellery, Yiannis Siotis who graduated from UCA Rochester Kent in 2006, having completed Bachelor and Masters studies, then went on to complete a workshop with Robert Smit at the school of Alchimia in Florence, Italy.
Poly Nikolopoulou graduated from Alchimia in 2008, finishing studies and Quaternitas with Mansfred Bischoff as her tutor. Both have taken part in many expositions abroad as well as in Greece.

They come from two schools of contemporary jewellery with many different views but with many basic elements in common, such as the practice of creativity and freedom of thought, research, technical formation, as well as the growth and uniqueness of each person separately, but also as a whole.
With a desire to develop contemporary jewellery in Greece and by confining those common points, Yiannis Siotis and Poly Nikolopoulou have wished to collaborate in the “EleniMarneri Seminars” to communicate their knowledge, passion and experiences on contemporary jewellery
