OBSESSED! Jewellery Festival enchants Antwerp and other cities for three days with exhibitions, lectures, workshops and open ateliers. The festival is an initiative of Current Obsession. The 2025 edition is all about Glow-Up. DIVA continues the theme with a vibrant Glow-Up weekend. Here you can discover DIVA’s full programme, as well as the programme of all Antwerp participants.
DIVA’s Glow-Up party – Shine, dance & celebrate
Experience an evening full of glitter, jewellery, beats and glowing energy! Dance to DJ sets, enjoy vogueing and celebrate creativity and identity in all its forms. Come as you are – or as you’ve always wanted to be – and shine on the dancefloor. Let it glow. Let it shine. Let it be fabulous. Reserve your free ticket here.
Practical:
Friday 21 November, 21:00 - 01:00.
Location: venue Emerald.
Free admission, but reserve your place here in advance.
Round table discussion – Open calls and contemporary jewellery
Join the discussion on a hot topic in the jewellery field: open calls. What do they mean for makers and organisers? Where are the opportunities, and where the pitfalls? Expect a lively exchange with real-life examples, critical insights and plenty of audience interaction.
Practical:
Saturday 22 November, 14:00 - 15:00.
Location: venue Emerald.
Free admission.
Curating the library – Artist publications
Discover rare and often unique artist publications by jewellery designers, specially brought out from the collection for this festival. These intimate works offer a unique glimpse into the thinking and making of artists. A rare chance to see hidden gems that are usually kept behind closed doors.
Practical:
Friday 21 November, 14:00 - 18:00.
Saturday 22 & Sunday 23 November, 11:00 - 18:00.
Location: reading room.
