In the process of acid-etching there are basically two opposite components: the resist used to cover the part of the image not exposed to acid, and the type of acid used to attack the bare metal, in order to create a bas-relief.
The addition of enamel opens the door to the vast array of colors that enamels allow.
Each student must bring several drawings, sketches and photos (black and white with good contrast)
Each student will work on the creative development of their ideas, conducting their own tests and experiments before creating a finished piece of jewellery.
The metal used in the course will be copper.
