About Harry Forster-Stringer
Harry Forster-Stringer is a master Goldsmith, Stone Setter, Engraver, and Enameller with over 40 years’ experience in the jewellery trade. Trained in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter and mentored by the late Phil Barnes, he specialises in precision micro-setting, hand engraving, and enamelling. Based in Nottingham, Harry is a respected industry consultant and long-standing tutor at the Goldsmiths’ Centre. His teaching combines deep technical mastery with a generous approach to sharing trade secrets and setting industry-standard excellence.
