Confused by the dizzying array of rotary tools on the market and how to make them work for you?
All workshops are interactive, and are recorded for viewing at your own pace. Participants have recording access for 45 days.
Through a series of fast-paced demos and accompanying reference material, students learn everything they need to know about the multi-purpose workhorse of the metals studio, the flex shaft. From selecting the right motor and how to maintain it to choosing the best bit for the job, it’s all covered in an easy-to-follow format. Bring your own flex shaft or problem pieces for personalized advice.
Collaboratively taught by Kristin Mitsu Shiga and Lindsay Minihan.
Course Outcomes:
When: 21 and 28 March 2024
3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Cost: 145.00 US dollars
