The network of the natural realm and its creatures fascinates Akihiro Ikeyama. The energy that pervades every living being is his theme. Deer and elk antlers are among his typical jewellery configurations. In his eyes, their branching conveys the impression of a special power that symbolizes life per se. Wearing this jewellery is intended as an homage to nature and imagination. Yet as the design of these pieces show, not the material but Ikeyama is the true master.
