The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind a faithful servant. We have created a society that honours the servant and has forgotten the gift." This quote confirms how much today's world has become accustomed to rationality. Intentionality and reflexivity provide conscious perceptions from the environment and enable goal-oriented rational decisions to be made in everyday life. Gut feeling is a phenomenon that is deeply anchored in human consciousness. It can be observed that people, through all their experiences, listen less and less to their gut feeling and make their decisions through experiential mechanisms. The term gut feeling is often used in the same context as intuition, felt knowledge and inner voice. However, the term "gut" comes first. The belly forms the centre of the body. It shapes itself into the centre of our being. In the belly, new life and new, perhaps untried knowledge emerges. For example, in Indian culture, the navel chakra is assigned to digestion and metabolism on the physical level. This centre gives a person the ability to feel emotions. When the chakra is blocked, people find it difficult to make decisions. They find it difficult to get into action and do not manage to overcome their inner drive soul. On the other hand, people who have an open navel chakra are more self-confident, have a strong drive, can reflect on themselves and are disciplined, are not afraid of challenges and are more courageous in the face of resistance and obstacles. They listen to their gut feeling more often and have healthy self-esteem.
