The electroforming style of arts has continued on even today where many artists are still creatively embracing such a technique. Ebbe Weiss-Weingart counts among the pioneers of contemporary art jewellery. In the early 1960s, she experimented with new surface finishing methods, thus enhancing gold with an entirely new expressiveness.
