. During long hikes, the maker collects natural material. When he returns to the studio, he arranges and manipulates them. Only the material that fit the backpack can be brought back home, so the first selection happens during the walk. The manipulation consists of the adding of a pattern, a pattern inspired by the impressions of the hike. The patterns are made by drilling holes, milling and cutting lines into the material.
