Abstract
Published: 20.06.2018
My final work Ansari is an interactive body-related installation. The goal was to create an art experience that discusses about the feelings and bodily reactions that a person feels during anxiety or a panic attack.
First-hand experiences of these attacks were gathered through several interviews. The main materials of the installation are wood and rug yarn. The installation consists of techniques of sculpture and jewellery art; the installation contains some wearable pieces. These little anxieties can be worn. They tangle to the body like anxiety, always somewhere near you and you can't just easily take them away.
