Narrative

Commonly called as mountain city, Miaoli is the hometown where I grew up. Due to my father’s job as an excavator driver, I had more chance to be in close contact with the mountains. I could wander in the mountain forest and observe beautiful flora and fauna in details. With the spirit of sustainability, my father always treasures everything the mother earth has to offer. He only made minimal use of the land without creating too much burden for it. No matter how the current environmental conditions are, I hope every one of us using the land could value it more, as everything could disappear someday.
