In the last year or two Gallery LOD has been engaged in a discussion on the use of objects and the imprint of objects on the user. In this exhibition we expand this discussion to include our jewellery. We argue that a piece of jewellery, not on the body, is incomplete. On the body it is able to transform its wearer and change its meaning. It can protect, hide, expose or enhance the wearer and his/her personality.
During the exhibition we will give our audience the opportunity to try out and wear our jewellery.
Event, Photo Booth: Sat 12 Mar from 2 to7pm
At the event photographer Christian Habetzeder will use his camera and exquisite eye to capture the result of the meeting between the jewellery and you, and also give you a photo as a lasting memory.
