ICONs are tools for visually communicating function or information.
With the spread of computers since the 1980s, they have become established as small images that visually represent functions. Used mainly on social media, they are so familiar to us that hardly a day goes by without seeing them.
They are not simply images for conveying information, but can also be used as tools to express personal identity and emotions.
Jewelry can also be a tool for self-expression.
This exhibition explores the theme of jewelry as an expression of identity, and proposes jewelry as a personal ICON. Each piece is an icon that expresses the artist's identity, but it also has the potential to become an icon for the wearer.
We hope that our work will become an icon that reflects your personality.
