ManufakTOUR Düssseldorf is a 3 days parcurs with a map showing all workshops, studios, galleries of craft as jewels, ceramics, textiles, wood... and it is an initiative in private hands of some creators.
The show at the gallery, exclusively for this weekend is called: La Vie En Rose.
From the collection I have made a selection of light, spring color jewels with my special guest Sabine Grützke that will be showing her pink colored ceramic works.
In addition she will hold two workshops, to learn about her ceramic technics and her view point at her work.
On two dates (Sat. 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. & Sun. 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.), we'll work together to create delicate, small bowls—ideal for jewelry or special little items.
You don't need any prior experience, just curiosity, a passion for crafts, and two free hours. After the workshop, Sabine Grützke will finish your pieces, glaze them as desired, and fire them – dishwasher and food safe. Pick up from the gallery after approximately 10 days.
Cost: €110 includes materials, glaze, and firing (max. 5 small pieces).
Register by email: sgruetzke@web.de or at the gallery.
