Intro
With this exhibition, four university programs in metal art, celebrate their yearlong cooperation. There are just view programs worldwide that teach metal art and this was reason enough for these programs to collaborate and share knowledge. This collaboration has born exchange opportunities for students and teachers. We learned from each other and a strong network has been established.
These teachers and professors are first of all artists themselves that share their knowledge and experience with their students. This exhibition displays the work of these artists and with that what they want to share with you.

Who is sharing:
  • University of Gothenburg, Sweden: Karl Hallberg, Prof. Heiner Zimmermann, Tobias Birgersson
  • Southern Illinois University, USA: Prof. Rick Smith
  • Estonian Academy of Arts: Urmas Lüüs, Eve Margus-Villems, Piret Hirv, Nils Hint
  • Hereford College of Arts, GB: Dr. John Grayson, Ambrose Burne
Exhibition text by Pravu Mazumdar: Pravu Mazumdar is a scholar and writer of Indian origin based in Munich, Germany. His areas of work include art and philosophy, in particular the philosophy of Michel Foucault.
