DEADLINE: 15/03/2023

Established in 2009, AUTOR International Jewelry Fair is pleased to announce its 20th-anniversary edition on 6-7 May in Bucharest, Romania. AUTOR is a fair and active platform that encourages and creates a dialogue between creative jewellers and their public. AUTOR's mission is to send artistic expressions with emotional value into the world, contributing to open, warm and honest public meetings with jewellery. The aim of AUTOR is to promote, position and support the sale of contemporary jewellery on a national and international level.
The last edition of AUTOR International Jewelry Fair showcased over fifty jewelery collections from all over the world and received great praise from over 3000 people over the course of two days.
Contributing to the full AUTOR Fair 2022 experience was a cumulus of different events under the concept: I LIKE JEWELRY and JEWELRY LIKES ME. In partnership with Goethe Institut Bukarest we’ve put in place a unique exhibition inspired by and dedicated to the artist Joseph Beuys, curated by Dan Pierșinaru with a focus on the relation between jewelry and the human body as seen through the performing arts. Furthermore, two workshops were held in Bucharest by renowned international jewelry artist Melanie Isverding (Material Narratives ) and Gisbert Stach (In the Force Field of the Seeker). AUTOR Magazine also launched its 7th issue at AUTOR Fair, under the theme of Ordinary/ Extraordinary & Failure in jewelry making a comeback after three years. Finally, we were delighted to be able to host the opening exhibitions, welcoming cocktails, coaching sessions, conferences and one fun after party to wrap up all the emotions and new encounters born within the fair experience.
The 20th AUTOR Fair anniversary edition will take place on 6-7 May, in the heart of Bucharest, the capital of Romania. Applications are now open until the 15th of March.
