. These works are inspired by my daily bushwalks across Peramangk country, where I live and practice.
. Native flora, twigs, leaves and seedpods, are emphasised, drawing attention to their intricate shapes, textures and diversity.
. Banksia, melaleuca, gum nuts, and prickly tea tree specimens are carefully selected, and encapsulated in brass, inviting to touch, feel and explore.
. Utilitarian objects providing a reminder of the significance, fragility and preciousness of our ecosystem and landscape..
