All In aims to present jewellery in its full diversity — across concepts, materials, craftsmanship, price ranges, and traditions. It is a snapshot of what exists at this very moment. Under the wide umbrella of the jewellery scene, we ask: What is truly there? Who is included, and who is excluded by the established canon?

In recent years, contemporary approaches to jewellery have expanded far beyond what is typically recognised in institutional or market contexts. With this exhibition, we seek to widen the borders and move beyond what is traditionally accepted as “contemporary jewellery.” We want to question definitions and open the field to a broader understanding of practice.
The Wearhouse open call initiative is to dissolve hierarchical boundaries that distinguish between different types of jewellery within established systems of evaluation. We ask once again: What is “contemporary jewellery”? And can we imagine a new definition — one that embraces the many diverse practices of today?
By bringing together makers and perspectives from across the spectrum, All In challenges conventional ideas of value, legitimacy, and authority in the jewellery field. The exhibition invites openness, dialogue, and curiosity.
Public Competition
As part of the exhibition, a public competition will take place. Visitors will vote for the piece they find most compelling. In this way, the power of selection shifts away from dominant art and jewellery institutions — traditionally responsible for defining what is accepted — and is instead placed in the hands of the public.
Let’s see what we like.
We look forward to celebrating jewellery in its most open, diverse, and inclusive form -and we would be delighted to welcome you to the exhibition.
