This exhibition featuring new work by Anastasia Young brings together various strands of Young's work to draw attention to the natural progression of archetypal forms she works with – from the representational, to those which have developed beyond their inherent symbolism through design evolution and material exploration.
These isolated elements from natural and imagined systems, autonomous objects in their own right, when displayed together, create a relational dialogue that speaks of function and its futility.
