The 21st century is a time of identity re-foundation where cultural and artistic institutions play a primary role. The social, cultural, and artistic changes of this century will mark a turning point in the contemporary artistic development due to the incidence of new forms of thought, such as now feminism. Whether as protagonists, creators, or public, women are challenged in the world cultural, artistic, and social. Hence the importance of the search from a feminist perspective.
The new feminist artistic proposals delve into a vindictive declaration around femininity itself, the exaltation in the body, and the self-construction of identity, among other aspects linked to the position of the female artist in the dominant art circuit. For this purpose, it aims to show the way in which social and cultural changes have their impact on the artistic field, specifically from joy.
Denying someone the possibility of expressing themselves in art, being able to make it an individual value, and always questioning, is to deny a man the possibility of being and existing. Art is finality itself because it is contemplation and half an hour as long as it is communication; and it's from this way that shows its communicative, interpretative, intimate, and symbolic power.
