The Dead Sea evokes the imagination. The lowest place on earth, with its beautiful landscapes, in the heart of the desert. The geological structures combined with the saturated saltwater and the accumulated minerals. A very unique natural environment with its harsh environmental conditions, some are critically affected by human action, facing the danger that all this beauty will be destroyed and will disappear over time.

The history of the place, the archaeological remains, the Biblical stories alongside the current political situation, all of which provided the inspiration for the exhibition.

The exhibition will be presented alongside the comprehensive archaeology exhibition Life at the Dead Sea.

Opening hours:
Tue | Wed | Fri | Sat | Sun: 10 am – 6 pm.
Thu: 10 am – 8 pm.
