Intro
During long walks, she takes time to consider the nuances of the big City. She follows her intuition as inspiration strikes. With sterling silver, marbled bronze and even mica, Schutz forges, solders and hammers their portions together to create memorable expressions in volume and shape.

Biba Schutz
Biba Schutz is well known for her dynamic, abstract works of adornment. The artist exhibits internationally; across the United States, in parts of Europe and Central America. Schutz has pieces in many public collections including the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, Racine Art Museum and the Renwick Gallery of the Smithsonian American Art Museum. She is the recipient of numerous awards, with the most recent including the Award of Excellence in Jewelry from the Smithsonian Craft Show.
