Intro
The highlight of this exhibition is the collaboration between the three artists and the Senryu poetry artist Rui Minewaki, who has been practicing in Japan for over 40 years. Senryu is a form of short poetry that consisted of three parts with 5.7.5. Syllables that are similar to haiku, usually reference a wider range of topics.

An exhibition by the Japanese artists Mari Ishikawa, Mikiko Minewaki, and Sayumi Yokouchi who live in different places and are shaped by different ways of thinking. They continue to challenge themselves to research topics such as jewelry, people, nature, and the complexity of everyday life. They create works by sharing their common interests and unique visions through the eyes of contemporary jewelry. Personal contact is particularly important for jewelry experiences as it functions with the human touch, however, completely new communication channels had to be found due to the corona pandemic situation.

The artists responded to Rui Minewaki’s Senryu with a series of new works. The words by Rui are metaphorically revealed by the artists' hands, while the meaning of the words wanders through the
"INVISIBLE THREAD".

In this exhibition, artists created small pins based on the 16 keywords from each Senryu. Pins are free to take as a gift for every visitor that they may wish to create a new set of Senryu with the pins. By the visitor's hands, the meaning of the words travels beyond this world.
