A Line of Beauty: Cranbrook House Inhabitation

It is a contemporary art exhibition in a historic setting where work by current students and alumni are brought together to cohabitate within Cranbrook House, the Community founder, George Gough Booth’s family home. The jewelry and objects take on a new life together, in that chance combinations lead to new ways of looking at individual works. George Booth being a Metalsmith himself, makes the department’s foray into his home all the more appropriate.
