This year Alchimia presents its second and final year Bachelor graduates showcase “Off The Shelf”. 

Nine Bachelor’s students present a diverse range of projects brought together through individual and personal research. Each student approached their final collection with unique perspectives, commitment, and creative inquiry, creating a range of contemporary pieces. 

The key to the projects includes personal interests, experiences, or curiosity reflected within their craft identity. Expressed through jewellery and objects, the exhibition showcases how individual interests can be transformed into distinctive, unique outcomes. 

The title Off The Shelf is a creative play of worlds reflecting selection and interpretation of familiar ideas, materials, products and more. While each project stands by its own, together, they exemplify diverse perspectives reimagining the world surrounding them. 

Off The Shelf offers visitors to experience and engage with a new generation of creative makers sharing their passion with the world.
