Intro
From March 12 to 16, 2025, the Campus for Gemstones and Jewelry will showcase selected graduates' works from past years at the International Crafts Fair IHM in Munich.
Visitors are invited to explore the outstanding graduation and project pieces, all created in the university’s specialized workshops in Idar-Oberstein.
Nestled in a region with a centuries-old tradition of gemstone cutting and jewelry making, Idar-Oberstein provides a unique environment for students. The town is a historical center for the gemstone trade and has evolved into an international hub for contemporary jewelry.
This distinctive blend of tradition and innovation shapes the study programs at the campus, offering students the opportunity to develop their artistic and technical skills.

At Stand B1.326 in the Handwerk & Design hall, visitors can meet students and professors, gain insights into the university’s diverse programs, and explore the latest publications.

We warmly invite you to visit us and learn more about what makes studying in Idar-Oberstein so special.

Location: Messe München, Internationale Handwerksmesse, Handwerk & Design, Hall B1 Stand 326
