In a constant attempt to understand, adapt, reprioritize and find new systems of evaluation, we came to realize that life can be a spot between two rows of parallel mirrors, an infinite reflection of oneself in which there is no difference between the question and the answer.
The exhibition is organized by Assamblage Association and the Romanian Cultural Institute in Lisbon as a dedicated project for the first edition of the Lisbon Contemporary Jewellery Biennial. Assamblage - The National Association for Contemporary Jewelry in Bucharest, Romania, founded in May 2015 by David Sandu, Ioana Andrei and Valentina Buzamurga. It is the result of an ongoing project which aims to support, develop and structure the emerging field of contemporary jewelry. Today, Assamblage is the most active platform in Romania dedicated to the craft and design of contemporary jewelry, developing between 2015 and 2019 over 25 national and international projects and exhibitions worldwide In 2020, the association launched the first edition of Romanian Jewelry Week.
Opening:
14 September, Tuesday, 7 pm.
