DEADLINE: 15/01/2026

Amber Trip 2026, the international art jewellery competition in Vilnius, Lithuania, warmly invites Swedish jewellery artists to participate in a unique celebration of creativity, culture, and connection between Lithuania and Sweden. Even across the Baltic Sea, our artistic and diplomatic ties remain strong — and this contest is a tribute to that beautiful relationship.
Theme (2026): Mind the Gap.
Curated by Mona Wallström (Sweden), Chair of the Jury, the theme encourages artists to explore the spaces that divide and connect us:
Mind the gap!
From the space between a train and the platform, to cultural divides, societal cracks, or even personal gaps — these spaces can be challenges, opportunities, or windows to new perspectives. Jewellery can bridge these gaps, offering meaning and connection in unexpected ways.
Swedish Ambassador Prize
To honor Swedish craftsmanship and design excellence, Amber Trip introduces the “Swedish Ambassador” Prize. This special award highlights outstanding Swedish entries and celebrates their contribution to contemporary art jewellery on an international stage.
