Bring back the dead is an opportunity for you to showcase an item of your jewellery and swap it for something new. By entering your work into this exhibition you are opening it up to a new audience. The jewellery will be given away to another jeweller and given a new life, brought back from the depths of your studios and workshops and brought back from the dead!
The exhibition will open on Friday 20th September and close Sunday 22nd September. The event will be publicised through social media channels, a press release and printed posters and flyers and will be open to the public.
You are invited to take part in this, the first of the Anomaly events. There will be an administration fee of £20 but you will walk away with a piece of jewellery with a minimum value of £30. There are three price brackets to enter your jewellery in to, £30- £50, £50-£100 and £100 and up. Your jewellery will be swapped with an item of equal value.
This opportunity is open to jewellers across the UK and internationally but if living outside Edinburgh we would ask that you provide return postage costs for your new item of jewellery.
So what are you waiting for? This is your chance to take part in a unique event which aims to open up the dialogue between jewellers and promote the work in a new and exciting way.
