Statement

My collection is dedicated to Kitsch! Contrary to the opinion that kitsch and art are something unconnected, in my opinion it is two strongly linked topics. As an emotional person I do not constantly try to analyze my environment. Sometimes I like to sink into aesthetic self-forgetfulness. I let myself be impressed by beauty and i like to indulge to an sentimental spectacle. The artificial charm of kitsch is what fascinates me about it. The easy provoked emotions, the perceived pointlessness. The creation of my pieces is connected with learned reaction patterns, enriched by experience and emotions. This creates opulent, baroque like collages from lavishly used heirlooms, recycled materials and valuable materials. I want to achieve pleasant absurdity. Regardless of these influences, I strive to create pieces to suffuse the wearer with proud and pleasure.
