Ralph Bakker presented in 2011 a limited Art Edition of his monography of 20 years of work on the occasion of a retrospective exhibition. Works from 1989 up to 2011, all his career compressed in 143 pages. An entire life dedicated to create beauty in the form of jewels. This book/box is signed by the artist, numbered 34/45 and the piece is the 13/15 of the white agathe gem.

At the end of 2009, during the preparations for my retrospective exhibition, I realized that the formulated values of my early years, now twenty years later, are still intact. They have been refined and further developed; they have grown as my imagery has grown. In spite of the development and maturity of my images, old work and new work are proportional and equal to each other. The ultimate goal in bringing this all together in a book ensues from the recurring theme below.

In collaboration with Timmer Art Books, an oeuvre catalogue of Ralph Bakker's work was published beginning of 2011.
